The Challenge

The project involved meticulously curating a vast catalog of products, complete with multiple high-resolution images and advanced zoom capabilities. My goal was to provide detailed specifications and comprehensive information for each product. Additionally, I implemented a customised management system that seamlessly integrated with their existing database and desktop application system. As part of the project, I also crafted a dedicated careers portal on the website. This portal streamlined the management of application forms and CVs, enabling Made's staff to efficiently communicate and organise applicants.

The Solution

I meticulously curated a vast catalog of products, ensuring that each item received the attention it deserved. I paid careful attention to detail, including multiple high-resolution images for each product. This approach allowed customers to have a visually immersive experience, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions.

I implemented advanced zoom capabilities on the website, enabling customers to scrutinise products up close. This feature added an extra layer of interactivity and allowed users to examine intricate details, ensuring a more engaging and satisfying shopping experience.

My primary objective was to provide customers with comprehensive information and specifications for each product. I meticulously organised and presented details such as dimensions, materials, colour options, and more. This attention to detail empowered customers to make well-informed choices, leading to increased customer satisfaction and reduced returns.

To seamlessly integrate the ecommerce website with Made's existing database and desktop application system, I developed a customised management system. This system efficiently synchronised product data, inventory, and orders, ensuring a smooth operation across all channels. It also provided Made's staff with a centralised platform to manage and update product information effortlessly.

As part of my comprehensive approach, I created a dedicated careers portal within the website. This portal streamlined the process of managing application forms and CVs, simplifying the communication and organisation of applicants for Made's staff.
